Uluslararası Fonetik Alfabe (IPA), her sembolün belirli bir İngilizce sesle ilişkilendirildiği bir sistemdir.
IPA’yı kullanarak belirli bir kelimenin İngilizce’de nasıl telaffuz edildiğini tam olarak öğrenebilirsiniz. Fonetik alfabe, sözlükteki sembolleri okumanıza, İngilizce telaffuzunuzu geliştirmenize ve İngilizce konuşurken daha özgüvenli hissetmenize yardımcı olur;
Bazı harfler bir araya geldiklerinde ses farklılaşıyor.
İngilizce öğrenirken en zorlanacağınız seslerden biri “th”.
Bazı yerliler bunu “f” diye bile okuyor. Bu tür harf gruplarının telafuzlarını öğrenin. Telafuz hayatınız kolaylaşacak.
